General Terms and conditions:
1. A valid Krisflyer card in the name of the first named driver must be shown at the car rental pick-up station for award points to be attributed.
2. All rates are eligible except Tour Operator rates, broker rates, Europcar staff and partner staff rates, mid and long term rentals (any longer than 25 days), Truck rental, complimentary or Award rentals, certain negotiated rates.
3. Car replacement and Chauffeur Service are not eligible for points credit. Miles will not be credited on rentals checked-out out with our current partner in the US and in Canada. (Of course reservations inbound from the US are eligible in rest of the network).
4. 6-8 weeks are required to post miles to your account.
