Miles&Smiles members renting cars from Europcar are entitled to following benefits:
• 500 Miles for each rental period •10% discount for Classic and Classic Plus card holders
•15% discount for Elite and Elite Plus card holders
• Miles cannot be earned on discounted rentals.
• Miles&Smiles members must present their membership card in order to earn Miles from a car rental.
• If the same car, or a different one, is rented on consecutive days from the same branch or different branches, it is counted as one rental period.
• Only the Miles&Smiles member renting the car can earn Miles.
• It can take a certain amount of time for Miles earned from car rentals to show up in the member’s Miles&Smiles account.
• In the event of any problems, members must show their rental receipt to the company from which the car was rented.
• In order to rent cars at discounted prices, Miles&Smiles members must provide the discount codes, which written in their membership handbook and on our website, during the rental procedure.
• Miles cannot be earned with car rentals in the US or Canada. However, reservations made from the US and Canada are eligible to earn Miles within the Europcar network. Europcar rates are inclusive of all mandatory charges, so there are no hidden extras. They include : tax, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (TW), airport charges and vehicle registration fee when applicable. Mileage is usually unlimited, except in some countries or rental products where limited mileage may apply. Please refer to the rate conditions during the booking process. (1) All rates are eligible except Tour Operator rates, broker rates, Europcar staff and partner staff rates, mid and long term rentals (any longer than 25 days), Truck rental, complimentary or Award rentals, company negotiated rates. (2) A valid Miles&Smiles card in the name of the first named driver must be shown at the car rental pick-up station for award miles to be attributed. Miles will not be credited on rentals checked-out with our current partner in the US and in Canada (Of course reservations inbound from the US are eligible in rest of the network). 6- 8 weeks are required to post miles to your account. All regular rental and driving restrictions of the renting country apply, including geographical restriction. Certain qualifications may apply to the renter as well as additional drivers.
