- Europcar rates are inclusive of all mandatory charges, so there are no hidden extras.
- They include: tax, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (TW), airport charges and vehicle registration fee when applicable.
- Mileage is usually unlimited, except in some countries or rental products where limited mileage may apply.
- Please refer to the rate conditions during the booking process. Discount applies on the basic rental rate excluding additional charges.
- The name of the customer who makes the booking has to be the same as the driver’s name. All regular rental and driving restrictions of the renting country apply, including geographical restriction.
- Certain qualifications may apply to the renter as well as additional drivers. Reservations are subject to availability and to Europcar General Rental Conditions.
- The discount applies on car rental in DE, FR, BE, UK, PT, SP, IT, AU, NZ. For the rest of Europcar stations, a 10% discount applies on car rental .
- A 10% discount applies on trucks in all Europcar network Offer only available for bookings made on the 4staffOnly microsite Offer accessible to the staff of companies who have contracted with Europcar a 4StaffOnly contract.
- Offer valid during the contracting period with your company. The discount granted with the 4 StaffOnly offer is strictly limited to personal use.
- To benefit from this offer you need to present a company document with your name mentioned on it (business card, company entry pass….) as well as your driving license in name of main driver at the Europcar station when picking-up your vehicle.
- Destination Country's General terms & conditions apply. Prices displayed on this dedicated microsite reflect the discounts.
