Accor customers benefit from 10% to 20% discount on international public rates:
- 10% discount for Accor customer with no memebership
- 15% discount for ALL Classic, Silver and Gold members
-20% discount for ALL Platinum members
-20% discount for Business Plus, Ibis Business and Accor Plus members
This offer is valid for rentals throughout Europcar’s network except in the USA and Canada.
ALL members benefit from additional advantage and earn up to 1000 Rewards points per eligible rental throughout Europcar’s network except in the Canada, China and Japan. Standard Rewards points accrual conditions:
- 250 points for 1-to-4 day rentals
- 500 points for 5-to-7 day rentals
- 1000 points for rentals of 8 days or more

Discount applies on the basic rental, meaning the amount of the basic rental revenue paid by the car rental services customer excluding main insurance and all taxes, fuel, airport surcharge, one-way fee (when the vehicle is drop off at a different station) or any other additional services of any nature whatsoever. The discount only applies where the vehicle is returned and does not apply to one way rentals.
Europcar rates are inclusive of all mandatory charges, so there are no hidden extras. They include : tax, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (TW), airport charges and vehicle registration fee when applicable.
Mileage is usually unlimited, except in some countries or rental products where limited mileage may apply. Please refer to the rate conditions during the booking process.
All regular rental and driving restrictions of the renting country apply, including geographical restrictions. Certain customer qualification rules may apply to both renters and additional drivers.

The following are considered non-eligible rates on which Rewards points will not be credited: Chauffeur Driven rentals, Corporate rates, Partner rates, Europcar staff and Europcar partner staff rates, Tour Operator rates or vouchers, Broker rates, Award or complementary rentals, Truck rates, Promotional offers, “Auto liberté” rates in France, Midterm rentals ( twenty five (25) days or more), Vehicle replacement.
Approximately 6-8 weeks takes to transfer Rewards points to ALL customer’s account.
The same main driver cannot earn miles for more than one rental at any time, only one rental can be credited.'
